On the 29th January 2025, schools across TEAM took part in National Puzzle Day, engaging in a variety of fun and challenging activities that encouraged problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking. From hands-on puzzles and brain-teasers to interactive digital challenges, students of all abilities explore the power of puzzles in creative and exciting ways. The 'Way Back When' collaboration days with TEAM schools were a success, with students enjoying various activities. We also hosted SEND/Inclusion leaders from Inspiring Leaders at Stubbin Wood, touring the school to see student learning. Welcome back to TEAM! The beginning of the year has certainly been eventful.

We recently hosted our annual Trust Conference, which provided an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues across the Trust and engage with inspiring speakers.

In addition, we launched our first ever Reading Week. During this week, 23 business professionals collaborated with our Central Team to visit schools and read to children. Collectively, we reached 461 students, and with the support of school staff, that number increased to an impressive 830.

We also joined with the Trust Student Council at Caunton Dean Hole School to kick off the academic year and discuss our priorities moving forward.

Lastly, we co-facilitated the SENDCO network, focusing on compliance.
